YOGA

Here at Revitalize Exercise Physiology + Pilates our yoga sessions are tailored to both basic and intermediate levels. Our instructor Swarna encourages each participant to become body aware, to establish a relationship with their breath and to develop a sense of self observation, inter-connectedness and a joyful attitude towards themselves. Suitable at any age, as Swarna has knowledge and experience in working with individuals with a wide range of issues.
