Movement through exercise is beneficial for individuals aged 60+ as it keeps them socialised, strong and mobile allowing them to complete everyday tasks as well as maintain and improve their balance and quality of life. 


An initial assessment is needed before joining our seniors mat Pilates class so we can see if you are best suited to the class. Your full medical and injury history will be taken in your first session, where we will explore your goals and assess how your body performs during specific exercises. Based on the outcomes of your assessment and medical history, it may be suggested that you attend further one on one sessions, or you may be able to join the class.

*This is a mat based program and you need to be able to get up and down off the floor
