About Elizabeth

Background: Liz is a registered Exercise Physiologist and Advanced Pilates instructor with over 13 years’ experience working with people of all ages and conditions. Her experience is broad and includes working with people who are new and expectant mothers, senior’s, people with chronic pain and recovering from injury. She enjoys challenging all clientele (age is no barrier), thinking outside the box and offering variety in all her exercise programs to sustain motivation and enjoyment in all her sessions.

Liz prides herself on helping her clients feel accomplished and able to get back to activities they didn’t think were possible again. She enjoys seeing her clients happy and out of pain and values building relationships full of communication, trust and laughter.

Liz is a dedicated mother of three. Being an ex-Victorian Calisthenics performer she loves helping both current and ex dancers learn healthy ways to strengthen and look after their body. She also has passion for mentoring students coming through the ranks and provides them the opportunity to gain experience and complete their own qualifications.

Alicia Pangbourne

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

About Alicia


Alicia is a registered Exercise Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist. 

Following regular injuries from sports as a child (and now as an adult), she found a passion for exercise rehabilitation with the use of cardiovascular, traditional resistance training, pilates and yoga. 

Alicia has been provided opportunities to travel to Timor Leste and Cambodia to engage in School sports teaching, as well as provide physical rehabilitation and care to individuals from varying ages. Prior to completing her studies as an Exercise Physiologist, she became a Pilates instructor, teaching Barre, Mat and Reformer Pilates.

She has had over 3 years’ experience working within the clinical, hospital and community settings, and a broad range of conditions such as oncology, metabolic, cardiorespiratory, neurological and musculoskeletal. Alicia enjoys working with the Paediatric population, but thrives on a challenge and wishes to help address all individuals, regardless of age, injury or condition, with the best outcomes. 

On the weekends Alicia loves her sports, 4WD and outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, water sports, and skydiving.

Sarah Relf

Pilates Instructor

About Sarah

Background: Sarah is a Health and PE teacher at Mount Ridley College, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma of Education. She played lots of different sports growing up and became interested in all things ‘gym & health’ as a teenager, leading her to complete her Certificate III in Fitness. She became interested in Pilates as a result of a hip injury and found it extremely beneficial for both the amazing benefits it has on the whole body and mind, as well as it’s rehabilitation purposes for her hip.

Sarah was mentored by Liz during her Diploma of Professional Pilates course, which she studied at National Pilates Training. Sarah enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds especially prenatal clientele and her young teenage clients.

 In 2019, Sarah became a proud mother to son ‘Robbie’ and in 2021 had her daughter Amber.

Swarnamai Gopidi

Yoga Instructor

About Swarnamai

Background: Swarna has been practicing yoga since 2005 and sharing her love of it by teaching since 2012. Her passion and mission in life is to spread the benefits of Yoga to all those who are interested and open to its philosophy. Her friendly, down-toearth approach to teaching has helped make it accessible to hundreds of people of all ages and abilities.

It is her aim as a yoga teacher to encourage her students to become bodyaware, to establish a relationship with their breath, and to develop a compassionate and joyful attitude towards themselves and the world around them. She also teaches Tailor made Yoga Classes and Traditional Yoga Classes such as Hatha Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, Postural Alignments in Yoga Therapy.

She specialises in detailed instruction with an emphasis on healthy alignment and safe practices which is a favourite among students of basic & intermediate levelsgth, endurance and posture.

Adeline Dickson

Allied Health Assistant & Pilates Practitioner

About Adeline

Background: Adeline loves helping people with their health and exercise goals. She has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years where she mainly focused on women’s health. Wanting to assist more with those experiencing more complex conditions & injuries she went on to study to become an Allied Health Assistant focussing primarily on physio & occupational therapy. It wasn’t until completing this course that she chose to undertake a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science to become an Exercise Physiologist. 


Adeline also has a real drive for teaching Pilates. She was first introduced to the Pilates Method when she was just 19. She was participating a couple of sessions a week and found that the aches and pains she had in her lower back, neck and shoulders were subsiding. Adeline’s posture also improved, and her jeans began to fit well so that was an added bonus. 


She loves working with women returning to exercise after having a baby, as her own experience has allowed her to understand just how hard it can be to develop a new exercise regime as a new mother. Adeline is very experienced in working with culturally diverse population. 


On the weekends Adeline enjoys hiking in nature, the beach, meditation, and cooking. She also is a proud mother of a beautiful baby girl.

Erin Bell


About Erin


Erin has been part of the Revitalize community since 2015; she came to us prior to the birth of her first child. Six years on and three children later, Erin continues to enjoy her sessions with both Alicia and Liz each week.  She has joined our team to streamline and enhance the Administration and Marketing of Revitalize.  Previously working within the Financial Services sector; managing client wealth, their expectations and a team of adviser has given her a vast experience in all aspects of business operations and development.  Recently she has been working towards completing studies within the Healthcare sector; a refreshing change.

Erin is a busy mum of three young children, a very lazy Labrador and two goldfish; she loves spending her time with her husband Peter and children; day trips to regional Victoria on the hunt for the best Farmers markets are on the top of her to do list.

Cassidy Briant

About Cassidy


Before being introduced to Revitalize and its team, Cassidy has participated in numerous Pilates, Yoga/Bikram and Strength Training classes at her local gym. She has always enjoyed and prioritised exercise and playing sports. Previously Cassidy has worked at Funfields Themepark in which she was a water rides assistant, and currently Cassidy works as a Clerk at a pharmaceuticals Company. 

At age 20, Cassidy is planning on studying full time at university in 2022 while working at Revitalize. Cassidy completed her placement for her Certificate IV in Health Administration course at the Keilor road studio. She enjoyed working and learning with the Revitalize team and their clients. 

On the weekends Cassidy enjoys her sports, spending time with friends and family and taking her dog on walkies.
