MASSAGE THERAPY

Revitalize Exercise Physiology + Pilates offers Massage services out of our Essendon North studio.  This service is provided by our Massage Therapist.  

Our Remedial massage incorporates deeper pressure to relieve those aches and pains; suited to those who prefer a stronger massage. Remedial massage is used to locate and help release tight muscles which increases the body’s own healing processes.  

Our Relaxation massage provides a chance for you to relax, recharge and refresh.  Improving circulation, relieves tension and stress. 

We offer; 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions.
