Are you over 65+ and want to stay active in your own home. Revitalize has developed a short exercise program that is safe to complete, and you don’t even need any weights. Go through the exercises pictured and see just how good you feel afterwards. Please note:
We recommend you have a complimentary 20 min pre-screening session with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to make sure you have no underlying conditions that may contraindicate you for certain exercises.
Do NOT continue if you are in pain, or if you are injured.
